Marshalling a Bar
Time to stock up on some timely barware. All items listed I found at Marshall’s for under $7.00!?! They all have resealable lids which are perfect for keeping garnishes safe from fruit flies and seventeen year Cicadas. T. J. Maxx owns Marshall’s so you can probably find many of these there as well. If you’re limping through Spring just rocking the standard fruit tray stop right there. Go now and pick these up. Their air tight lids are great at extending the life of garnishes and purees, which will save you on prep time.
The picture above includes chalk which allows you to store anything in them and label it on the spot. This would be perfect for storing cut lemons, cut limes, cherries or olives. It’s price tag is $5.99.
These small 5 oz. jars are perfect for cloves, sugar, brandied cherries, or any other specialty item you need for cocktails. Four to a set costs $3.99.
Resealable and air tight make these bottles perfect for purees like White Peach, Blood Orange, or olive juice. Each bottle costs $2.99!
These are excellent for storing larger garnishes like celery, orange wheels or mint. Each one costs $3.99.
This tall but slim jar sports an air tight seal along with a measure in both ounces and milliliters for pouring off liquids. This would be a perfect backup container for purees or freshly squeezed lemon juice. The cost for one is $2.99.
I would have included links to each but none of these items are listed on T. J. Maxx’s or Marshall’s website, which seems silly. But at these prices these really are a great deal. The time and money these items will save you and your bar are worth the trip to buy them in person.
