Voice of a Generation

A legendary voice and producer in hip-hop music Shock-G, aka Humpty Hump, passed away last week.  The front man for Digital Underground mixed old school funk sounds with ridiculously funny lyrics.  They were absurd, corny and a heck of a lot of fun.  Their breakthrough album Sex Packets was a non-stop party that reminded everyone not to take themselves too seriously.  Here’s to you Humpty.
