How to Make a Mimosa

If brunch is an option at your bar, and even if it’s not, odds are when the weekend hits you’ll be asked to make Mimosas.  It is a simple cocktail to make just make sure to have enough orange juice!  Here’s how to make one.

 

To a champagne flute add:

1/2 oz. triple sec

1.5 oz. orange juice

3 1/2 oz. chilled champagne

Build the drink in the order laid out above.  Garnish with a slice of orange.  That’s all there is to making a Mimosa.
