How to Make a Kir Royale
Today we’ll add another champagne cocktail to your bartending arsenal. The Kir Royale is a nice change up from the buckets of Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas served up during a busy brunch. The good news is they are dead simple to build. So, let’s get it popp’n!
To a champagne flute add:
1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis or Framboise liqueur
Now fill the flute with:
3 1/2 – 5 oz. chilled champagne
1 lemon twist may be used for a garnish but is optional.
These look great going out across your bar. If you’re not careful those brunching babies will be lost at sea. Adrift in an ocean of that sweet, sweet Cassis. Silly nuck-nucks!
